I am writing to let you know my thoughts on the Shoprider Cordoba scooter purchased from you last month.
I am grateful for the advice given to me from your office as I now appreciate that what I was considering buying would not have been up to the job.
I am using the scooter almost daily and am very pleased with how it performs. I think the imitation walnut dash is an option they could have done with out but apart from that the design is ok.
After looking inside the scooter I was amazed at the size of the batteries and now fully understand that I could not possibly fold this scooter so will be looking for a smaller scooter soon. (not one of the travel scooters as I have not found one of these yet that could hold my weight but possibly one a little smaller then this)
I weigh 26 stone and the scooter has carried me up the steepest of hills we have here.
All in all I have found the suspension and the drive it offers to be very good.
I have opted to have the scooter insured through yourselves but hope I do not have any problems.
Only one criticism and it is only a small niggle is the position of the emergency brake. I have large hands and still can not reach it with my left hand if holding the handle bar in the normal position. I appreciate that the brake is automatic but if I can not reach the brake there does not seem much point in it being there.
