Just a quick note to say a very big thank you for excellent service on order. I ordered 4 x solid tyres for my Mum's scooter, having been quoted a
cost of £450(!) here in Aberdeen. After getting over the shock, I searched
on the web to see if I could get a better price and found your store via
good old Google.
I called and asked for some advice and confirmation that I was buying the
correct tyres - the man I spoke to took me through the items that I needed
(pointing out that there were different tyres for the front and back wheels)
and advised me to mention wheel colour on the order, so that the correct
tyres were identified.
The order was placed in the middle of the afternoon and by teatime the
following day, they had arrived. Today, I fitted all four wheels in under an
hour and they went on without a hitch, so they were definitely the correct
items. The best part was that the total bill was £138 - less than a third of
the price I'd been quoted here - great news to a Scottish person!
My Mum attends hyperbaric therapy fortnightly and will (with your
permission, of course) put a notice of your contact details on their notice
board, recommending that they use you, should they have any similar
requirements.
