Magic Plug
Magiplug is a unique little device that allows the bath to be filled
only to a specific level, preventing the bath from flooding and causing
water damage.
It works by using a pressure-activated system that opens
and releases the water when an unattended bath reaches a certain depth.
The excess water exits safely down the waste or plughole prior to
flooding and the water level is maintained until the taps are turned
off.
When a safe level is reached the pressure plate closes leaving a
filled bath.
The pressure valve also has another safety feature in that it changes colour between 32 and 41°C alerting the user to the fact that the water is hot.
