Delivery
All orders received by 11am will usually be dispatched
to you on the same working day. Our standard delivery service will take
between 2-3 working days to arrive.
If for any reason we are out of stock of an item we will notify you as soon as possible
Delivery costs are £2.95 on orders under £30.00 £4.50 on orders between £30.00 & £60.00
£4.00 on orders between £60.00 & £130.00
And free on all orders above £130.00
Mobility Scooters and larger items will normally be with you in under 3 days and more often then not the next working day.
All items must be signed for and any damage reported to us with in 24 hours.
ReturnsIf you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it
to us, in an unused “as new” condition within 7 days of delivery and
receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged
and will be chargeable at cost.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Discountscooters.co.uk gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period
in which orders can be returned from the delivery date. Upon receipt
of the goods, You are required to return the product(s) and are
personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged unused and returned
in its original outer packaging.
Discountscooters.co.uk reserves
the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any
products not returned in their original condition including packaging. Your statutory rights ane not affected.

We accept purchase orders from the public sector & enquiries are welcome from charities & other organisations

We will invoice your organisation upon delivery of the goods.
Payment is required within 30 days thereafter.
Please include the delivery charge inc Vat
in your order total.
All goods will be supplied at standard rate Vat (17.5%).
