Premier Care Warranty

It is impossible to put a price on the freedom your mobility product will give you. However it is possible to -put a price on the cost od ensuring that you are able to keep mobile at all times.

Unfortunately repair costs can be extremely expensive, as some of the components used to build today's mobility products are highly sophisticated.

Premier Care Warranty has been specifically designed to give you complete financial protection.

Premier care warranty key benefits

• Sudden and unforeseen mechanical and electric failure. COvering parts, labour & call-out charges.

Main exclusions

• Routine maintenance and servicing costs.
• The first 90 days cover where the Mobility Product is outside the manufacturer's warranty at the inception.
• Costs where no fault found.
• Fair wear & tear
• Accidental damage

Premier Care Warranty is available on new & used Mobility Products. The cover on new products commences immediately after the manufacturer's guarantee expires giving a total period of 2 or 3 years. The cover on used products starts 90 days after the vehicle is purchased or serviced giving a total period of 1 year. For in home products see below.

Servicing

It is strongly recommended that your mobility equipment be serviced at least once annually in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. Please note the cost of routine maintenance and servicing is not covered by Premier Care Warranty policies.
