Claims procedure

Wherever possible we will authorise the claim direct to the repairer, subject to apporval of the claim form and estimate.

Complaints procedure

We sincerely hope that you will never have need to complain. However, in compliance with GISC General Insurance code for the private customers, a full complaints procedure is detailed on your Certificate of Insurance which will be isssued to you when your application is processed.
