UK Delivery & Returns

All small parts orders received by 4.00 pm will usually be dispatched to you on the same working day. Our standard delivery service will take between 2-3 working days to arrive. If for any reason we are out of stock of an item, we will notify you as soon as possible.


UK Delivery costs explained

We have changed our delivery charges due to customer feedback and have reduced our delivery charges to be £3.95 on all orders under £50.00 regardless of size of item big and small for mainland UK

All orders over £50.00 now are available with free postage unless you request 

Mobility Scooters and larger items will normally be with you in under 7 days

Many small items may be dispatched by Royal Mail post. Larger items must be signed for and any damage reported to us within 24 hours.


UK Accompanied Delivery
All of our Scooters are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new mobility product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the mobility product and show you how to use it, store it and even to charge it when required. Our staff will ensure that you are entirely comfortable with your mobility product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them!

When choosing an accompanied delivery which re recommend we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time and date, depending on your location this will be confirmed with you and is normally about  7 working days ,remote locations may of course take a little longer


UK Standard Delivery

Free on all orders over £50 &  with Mobility Scooters & Chairs if chosen but only if If you are happy with your choice of  mobility product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you,

You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging.

Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck! please note that the delivery driver may not be able to bring the box inside. This is called kerbside delivery. If this is not suitable then you must choose the accompanied delivery option which is defaulted when choosing selected items including scooters.



If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused “as new” condition within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, You are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged, unused and returned in its original outer reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Purchase Orders

We can accept purchase orders from the NHS & public sector & also enquiries  from charities & other organisations.

Purchase orders must be emailed to us  showing full delivery address and invoice address and all contact details

We will invoice your organisation upon delivery of the goods. Payment is required within 30 days thereafter. Please include the delivery charge inc VAT in your order total. All goods will be supplied at standard rate VAT
